Our Story
Job Ready emerged from EFFA's mission to bridge the education-to-employment gap through innovative solutions that benefit students, universities, and employers. Recognizing that that AI is transforming all industries and higher education is facing a, “do or die,” moment, we created a platform for the conversations that matter most.
Our Approach
Through intimate, kitchen table-style conversations, we explore root causes of workforce challenges while highlighting proven solutions. Our bi-weekly podcast and quarterly executive roundtables create space for HR practitioners, university leaders, business executives, and workforce professionals to share insights that drive real change.
